ALL ABOUT LANOGUARD APPLICATION TOOLS AND SPRAYERS

Our range of sprayers and application tools are designed for their ease of use, and atomising application to give the best coverage of Lanoguard for the least product usage. We provide trigger sprayers and bottles for easy DIY use, injection tools for inner chassis, and also manual / air-line fed pressure sprayers for treating larger vehicles or surface areas.

Fundamentally, you can use any regular sprayers or compressors to apply Lanoguard – but read on to find out about our range, designed and tested alongside our users, for our users.

OUR SPRAY KIT, DESIGNED FOR IDEAL ATOMISATION

All our Lanoguard Underbody Care and Boat Kits come as standard with our Spray Kit, a combination of a professional sprayer and a 1.2m

flexible extension hose, so you can apply Lanoguard without carrying the bottle around with you. The trigger sprayer is designed with a .4 mm aperture, which we’ve found to be the best size nozzle for full atomisation and misting of our products. It gives you the best coverage for the least product. Importantly, these sprayers were also designed to be able to apply just as well at a 90-degree angle to ensure they are fit for underbody protection use.

‘GRAB AND GO’ PROFESSIONAL SPRAYER BOTTLES

In our Injector Pack kits, or sold separately, we also provide Professional Sprayer bottles which are ideal for adding any leftover spray to and hanging up in the garage, we call these the ‘grab and go’ bottles ideal for top up treatments or just to have around for any lubrication or anti-corrosive needs you may have around the house or workshop.

Sold with a very similar sprayer to our Spray Kit – the trigger heads are interchangeable and so it’s also great to have one of these for a spare sprayer just in case too. Both of these sprayers are DIY, easy and comfortable to use – and both can be used to apply our Moto Spray to the whole vehicle underbody and other components.

INJECTING LANOGUARD INTO INNER CHASSIS

Rust doesn’t just occur on the exposed, outer chassis – it can also be a very real problem on the inner chassis. This is why we have designed in-house our own 360-degree misting injection wands for easy application of Lanoguard inside box sections, sills, and all inner chassis and harder to reach areas.

Our wands screw on to the end of our Spray Kit and Pro Sprayer bottles, and give you a 60mm reach inside these internals, for a more thorough treatment if desired. Keep in mind too that, due to these areas being completely out of UV exposure, Lanoguard spray will last even longer. 

PRESSURE SPRAYERS, COMPRESSORS, AND INDUSTRIAL / TRADE APPLICATION

As mentioned, Lanoguard can be easily applied with next to any regular sprayers, compressors or pressure sprayers. The only thing to note is that nozzle size and aperture is an important factor in atomising the product and thus reducing wastage. As such, with some sprayers you may find they will use slightly more product for the job than our trigger sprayer and pro sprayer bottle applicators.

To minimise this, we ourselves have worked with partners to develop pressure sprayers which provide quick and easy application to larger vehicles and surface areas, but still provide a good level of atomisation.

Our 2L Manual Pressure Sprayer is an affordable option, a pump-up pressure sprayer, it comes with injector accessories and nozzles and allows you to cover a large surface area with Lanoguard very easily. Meanwhile our 10L Stainless Steel Pressure Sprayer also comes with injection accessories, hoses and nozzle attachments. This is built to last and ideal for use by our industrial trade customers – in fact it forms a large part of our Trade Range of products and is used by our industrial partners including airports, marine, and heavy industry. This sprayer has a manual pump-up option but can also be plugged in to an airline and used in this way.  

Regardless of the sprayer you use, Lanoguard is very easy to apply for DIY or professional use. If you have your own sprayers and would like to know if it will work – the answer is most likely yes!
