RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@lanoguard.co.uk with details of your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
RETURNS
We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to make a return. We accept returns if we have been notified within 14 days of receipt of goods that you want to return your order. Please email us at info@lanoguard.co.uk with details of your order number and the reason for return. Once your return has been confirmed, you will have 14 days in which to return the goods to us.
The items must be returned to us unused, in their original condition and returned at your cost. Please write your Order Number on the outside of your package and return it to: Lanoguard, Unit 3 Quarry Road Industrial Estate, Quarry Road, Newhaven, BN9 9DG.
Once received back at our warehouse, checked, and confirmed to be in good order, a refund for the full order amount (minus the shipping costs) will be authorised and actioned. All refunds will be issued to the same account or card that the original payment was made from.
Please ensure that all returned items are sufficiently well packaged as we do not accept responsibility for items that are damaged in transit.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?
If your order arrives damaged in any way or is incorrect, please email info@lanoguard.co.uk, within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition in your email.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN?
We will confirm that your order has been received in good order and is eligible for a refund within 3 working days of receipt of your return at our warehouse. Once this is confirmed a refund for the full order amount (minus the shipping costs) will be authorised and actioned within 2 working days. All refunds will be issued to the same account or card that the original payment was made from.
Please note, depending on your bank’s procedures and how quickly they process the credit it may take longer for the refund to show in your bank.
