Shipping Policy

The majority of our shipments are grease or liquid based and as such, we only use the most reliable couriers. We strive to offer the lowest shipping rates while still maintaining a fast and reliable service. Read below for more information on our shipping.

Domestic Shipping

We currently use FedEx and TNT to ship domestic orders. We do review our couriers regularly as we are always trying to find lower shipping alternatives with reliable couriers. We ship anywhere in the UK. The courier we use to ship your order will depend on the speed you choose at checkout as well as your shipping destination. We currently offer the following delivery options: Premium Delivery - 1 to 3 working days Standard Delivery – 3 to 7 working days If there are any issues on your order and it will not be delivered within the time requested, we will inform you as soon as possible. For orders and deliveries outside of the UK, please contact our customer service department on info@lanoguard.co.uk and provide us with details of your address including Country, area codes and we will provide you with a shipping quotation prior to processing your order.

What's the cost?

The shipping cost of your order depends on two factors: 1. Weight 2. Size We offer you a list of delivery options based on these 2 factors at the time of checkout. Shipping Promotions On occasion, we may choose to run a shipping promotion such as flat rate shipping or even Free Shipping. These promotions are extended to our customers located within the UK mainland only. Standard delivery times apply Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders to the UK mainland that are over £100. Standard delivery times apply. Limited time only.

Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@lanoguard.co.uk with details of your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction and we will generate an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number for you. Then send the un-opened item back within 30 days of your order's ship date and receive a full refund (less the shipping costs). ALL returns must receive an RMA number in order for the return to be processed. Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package. Please ensure that all returned items are sufficiently well packaged as we do not accept responsibility for items that are damaged in transit.

What if I need to return an item after 30 days?

Items that are over 30 days from the ship date are taken back on a case by case basis. ALL returns must receive an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number in order for the return to be processed. Please email us at info@lanoguard.co.uk with details of your order number and reason for return. Our customer service department will then contact you. If your return is authorised you will be given an RMA number. Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package. Please ensure that all returned items are sufficiently well packaged as we do not accept responsibility for items that are damaged in transit.

What if my product has been used?

What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Products should be inspected immediately once delivered and any problems with damage to you products need to be called in within 48 hours of delivery. If you receive damaged or incorrect products, you must contact Customer Service to receive an RMA number by emailing  info@infacom.co.uk . Please have your order number from the enclosed invoice available.

How long will it take to receive a credit from my return?

We process returns daily (Monday-Friday). As soon as we receive your item, we will process your return. If a credit is to be issued, you should see the credit come through within 3-10 days, depending on your bank's procedures and how quickly they process the credit.

Returns Procedure

To send an item back, simply follow these steps: STEP 1: Contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA. ALL returns must receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number in order for the return to be processed. Please write your RMA number on the outside of your package. If an RMA number is not listed on the outside of your return, a 25% re-stocking fee will automatically be applied. STEP 2: Write your RMA Number on the outside of your package and mail it to: Lanoguard UK Ltd Newhaven Enterprise Centre Denton Island Newhaven East Sussex BN9 9BA Your return will be processed immediately after we receive it. More things to know... All returns of "duplicate items" (items previously returned by the same customer from a previous order) are subject to approval. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS, FedEx, TNT or some other form of insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse. All refunds will be issued to the same account or card that the original payment was made from.
