Lanoguard has been designed as an easy-to-apply, once-a-year coating that fits seamlessly into your regular car care routine. You can apply Lanoguard on top of the old coat, making top-ups easy and effective. However, if you do not top up yearly, the efficacy of Lanoguard is affected. Exposure to ultraviolet light and oxygen can break down the surface of Lanoguard, weakening its self-healing, non-cracking, acid and alkaline resistance, and waterproof properties. While Lanoguard will continue to protect beyond 12 months, its full effectiveness cannot be guaranteed without yearly top-ups.

Lanoguard offers everything you need to quickly and effectively protect your vehicle’s underbody, chassis, and accessories. Our lanolin based, UK-made and developed products provide long-lasting rust prevention and waterproofing and are resistant to jet-washing, heat, salt, acid, and alkaline.

If your vehicle is not Lanoguarded, when washing your vehicle it could cause salt to be reactivated and moved to seams and joints. Lanoguard seals these joints with a hydrophobic barrier.
