Introducing My Lanoguard

One of the biggest developments is a brand new area called My Lanoguard.

This has been designed specifically for our Application Centres and brings together the key parts of your Lanoguard account in one place.

1. Track Your Website Referrals

You'll be able to see every enquiry sent to you through your Lanoguard listing.

This allows you to:

Measure the value of being listed on the Lanoguard website.
See how many enquiries your profile generates.
Test improvements to your listing and monitor whether they increase referrals over time.

We've recently upgraded our Application Centre pages and introduced dedicated landing pages for every centre, along with professionally branded referral emails, making it much clearer when an enquiry has come directly from Lanoguard.

2. Manage Your Application Centre Listing

Historically, our Application Centre map listings have been fairly basic.

We've invested heavily in improving these pages so they provide a much better experience for potential customers, while giving you greater control over how your business is presented.

You'll be able to update your own listing with:

Your own business description
Images of your premises and completed work
Opening hours
Services you offer
Contact information

We also recommend linking directly to your Lanoguard listing from your own website and social media channels. This helps increase visibility, gives customers another trusted place to find your business and can improve the performance of your listing over time.

3. Record Every Lanoguard Job

You'll also be able to upload every Lanoguard application you complete.

This offers several benefits.

Firstly, it creates a record of every vehicle you've protected, making it much easier to contact customers when their annual top-up is due.

Secondly, you'll be able to build a history of each vehicle and review how it has performed over time, helping you demonstrate the long-term effectiveness of Lanoguard.

Finally, we'll use completed job numbers as part of our future Application Centre recognition programme. Businesses consistently carrying out Lanoguard applications will be recognised for their experience, helping customers identify our most established and experienced applicators through the Lanoguard map.
